ReelBridge ("we", "our", "us") helps users transfer and repost video content across connected platforms.

We collect account details (such as name and email), OAuth tokens required to connect supported platforms, and operational metadata needed to process uploads, merges, and reposting.

We use this data only to provide and secure the service, to support billing and subscription management, and to improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Data We Process

We may process:

• Account profile data (name, email, avatar)
• Connected channel/page identifiers and access tokens
• Upload/repost logs, status, timestamps, and error details
• Billing records and transaction references

YouTube API Services & Google User Data

ReelBridge uses YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their YouTube channels and upload video content directly to their channel from supported sources.

By using YouTube features in ReelBridge, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

Data Access and Storage: When you connect a YouTube channel, we access your channel identifier, channel title, and channel thumbnail to display in your channel selector, and OAuth tokens to authenticate upload requests. Tokens are securely encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

Revoking Access:You can revoke ReelBridge's access to your Google/YouTube account data at any time via the Google Security Settings page or by contacting us directly to delete your stored data.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure:ReelBridge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including token encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Temporary processing files may be deleted automatically after completion.
